Ingredients:
1. Potato – 2
2. Carrot – 1
3. Beetroot – 1 (small)
4. Onion – 1
5. Chilli – 1
6. Red chilli powder – 1tsp
7. Garam masala powder – 1tsp
8. Rice flour – half cup
9. Toast powder /rusk – half cup (Toast powder made by grinding the toast /rusk)
10. Oil – 4tsp
11. Salt – as per taste
Method:
First Boil potato ,carrot and beetroot (remember you can boil carrot and potato together but not beetroot as beetroot has got a higher boil point , so boil it separately . i insist to use a pressure cooker for boiling saves a lot of time). after boiling put it in a vessel and smash potato carrot and beetroot together add chopped onions , chopped chilli , red chilli powder and garam masala powder and salt make a batter . now make them into round balls n flatten them as per your choice heat oil on a frying pan (don’t deep fry ).now in another vessel mix rice flour and toast powder , n dip the flatten rolls in the mixed flour n fry them fry until deep brown . until you get a crispy coating. Top it with chopped coriander leaves......
