How to Fry an Egg









Ingredients:
1) Egg
2) Oil – 2tsp
3) Salt – As per requirement
4) Pepper – As per requirement

Method:
Heat oil in a flat pan; once oil gets heated put egg (inside) n top it with salt, pepper   . Once you see the browning at the edges flip the side of the egg to fry it at the other end . Fry for 2 minutes... yeahh you’re easy fried egg is ready

Have you ever imagined that one could loose his/her weight through food intake, well yes it’s true? I will share to best of my knowledge of how one can reduce weight. First of all I would say while one starts his/her day to drink plenty of water  , thereafter reduction in consumption of oily food for a period of time , Eating fruits – fruits can boost your energy as well as give the needed nutrients n minerals n energy too . Try to consume fruits on times while you used to consume fried food. Even fruit juices make a lot of difference in body mechanism. In fact fruit juices are more advantageous than eating fruits. by having a regularly time period for consuming food , say if you have break fast  at 9 am , then have it at 9 am on regular basis . Try to have dinner at 7; it helps in digesting the food soon so that when you sleep your body also relaxes.
