Indian Chicken Masala



         
Chicken Masala Recipe
Chicken Pieces            - ½ Kg
Red Chili powder       -1tsp
Curd                            -3-4 tsp
Turmeric Powder        -1/2 tsp
Cashew Nuts               -9-10
Milk                             -4-5tsp
Oil                               -4tsp
Onion                          -2
Tomato                        -1
Ginger Garlic Paste     -1tsp
Cumin Powder            -1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder       -1 tsp
Cinnamon                    - 1 – 2
Curry Leaves               -1- 2
Cloves                         -4
Black Pepper Powder -1/2 tsp
Salt                              - As per taste – ½ tsp


Mari nation
Marinate chicken by adding – Red chili powder, turmeric powder, curd, salt, chicken pieces – marinate for 20 – 30 minutes.
Beside Make a paste of Cashew & Milk – use a food processor (Mixie)

For Dry Powder:
Dry roast Cinnamon, Curry Leaves & Cloves and make powder (use processor)

Ground Paste:
Heat Oil – Add onions & fry  until brow (light pink) – add ginger garlic paste fry for 5 minutes – add coriander . cumin , pepper powder 7 fry for  a minute – add tomato and cook for 3 -4 minutes until the oil starts to separate –  now let the mixture cool down , later put it in a food processor (mixie) and make a paste of it . add water if needed let the paste be lil thick.

Now when all the Food processing things are over.
Heat oil – add marinated chicken and fry it until color starts to change max 8 minutes required – add the ground paste & cook 2 minutes – now add cashew paste & the dry powder. Now cook until chicken gets cooked add water if needed. Garnish with coriander..
